Folkestone Ska-Bour Festival 2010
Folkestone welcomes THE BEAT and all the ska bands to Folkestone Skabour Festival 2010.
SKATONICS, SPECIAL BREW, ORANGE STREET, TOOTNSKAMEN, ARTHER KAY & THE ORIGINALS, INTENSIFIED, KING HAMMOND, THE REFINEMENTS, IB SISTERS (GO SKA), SCAREDYCATS, SIMEAN ARTILLARY, MEOW MEOWS, SKATACUS and Ska DJs TOAST, STEVE NELLIE NELSON, PORTOJAM, TONY B & TONE THE SKIN (THE TWO TONES/SKA MOVEMENT), LEE EDGINGTON, STEVE HARRINGTON and more.
The FREE events outside are supported by ticket evening gigs INSIDE at well known popular Creative Quarter area and nearby venues including Quarterhouse, The Lanterns, The View/Bar Below, Club Indigo, Googies, Home Ground, The Royal George and The Chambers.
The Festival kicks-off with a fantastic evening opening followed by The Skatonics and The Beat on Friday 3rd, September 2010.
This is followed by two days of fab FREE music situated at areas of the scenic harbour side (subject to final permissions)) and the evening venue gigs including a ska giants double header of Arthur Kay & The Originals and Folkestine's own: Intensified .
Both Friday and Saturday will have Ska Festival After Gig Parties going on till the early hours with great fave Ska sounds at Club Indigo
